Shipping

Shipping is a flat amount $4.50 no matter how much you have in your cart. Orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically.

Shipping Carrier

We Ship via USPS, either Ground Advantage or Priority, depending on the option chosen at checkout. On rare occasions, we will ship UPS for international orders if that is the best option. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our items ship within 1-5 business days after purchase. How long it takes to arrive to you will depend on your location and the type of shipping you select at checkout. PLEASE keep these times in mind when ordering to make sure you will receive your item in time. 

Domestic orders shipped via USPS, in the contiguous US typically take anywhere from 3-14 business days.

Once an item is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. For tracking updates, please use your tracking number to check the status. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit. If an item is marked as Delivered, we are to assume that is has been delivered. Sometimes, USPS accidentally scans it as delivered, but then it shows the next day or within a week. If you have any issues with shipping or delivery, please contact your local post office to investigate. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will gladly ship it to you again after you pay a shipping re-charge.

If an item seems to be lost in transit (2 weeks without a tracking number) please contact us and we will work to resolve.

 

Can you combine orders?

Of course! If we haven't shipped your first order, you can place another order and we will refund your extra shipping. Please send us an email and leave a comment at checkout (this helps remind us!).
