    Hi everyone! Below you will find some answers to question we often receive. If you do not see an answer to your question, please email us.

    What kind of sticker paper do you use? What kind of pens work best?

    Our planner sticker paper is matte vinyl. This paper showcases our designs in bright, vibrant colors, is durable and is permanent over time. If you put it down, you can lift and reposition it immediately, but over time it will become permanent. Non-gel pens work best (like Sharpie Ultra-fine markers and ballpoints) but many quick-dry gel pens work well too (I love using the Papermate Inkjoy Gel pens!). I hear Pilot Extra Fine Point Permanent Markers and Sakura Microperms work well too!

    Our die cut stickers are on glossy permanent vinyl, are waterproof, dishwasher-safe and weather-resistant. They work on laptops, water bottles, cars, windows...basically anywhere!

      

    Can your kits work with my planner?

    Our kits are made with the dimensions of the Erin Condren Life Planner in mind. The dimensions of the boxes and full checklists are 1.5" wide x 1.9" tall. Unfortunately, we don't have all the planners that are available out there in order to compare, but hopefully providing those dimensions will allow you to compare them to whatever planner you have. Our kits have also been used in Happy Planners and other planners, with slight modifications...and since we offer all of our sticker sheets individually as well (i.e. you don't have to buy the full kit) you can pick and choose what works best for you! 

    Our non-kit stickers will work in ANY planner!

     

    Do you take custom orders?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to take custom requests, but we are also always open to new suggestions for sticker ideas and will add it to our list! :)

     

    Shipping

    Shipping is a flat amount no matter how much you have in your cart. Orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically.

     

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our items ship within 1-7 business days after purchase. How long it takes to arrive to you will depend on your location and the type of shipping you select at checkout. PLEASE keep these times in mind when ordering to make sure you will receive your item in time. 

    Domestic orders shipped via USPS, in the contiguous US typically take anywhere from 3-14 business days.

    Once an item is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. For tracking updates, please use your tracking number to check the status. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit. If an item is marked as Delivered, we are to assume that is has been delivered. Sometimes, USPS accidentally scans it as delivered, but then it shows the next day or within a week. If you have any issues with shipping or delivery, please contact your local post office to investigate. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will gladly ship it to you again after you pay a shipping re-charge.

    If an item seems to be lost in transit (2 weeks without a tracking number) please contact us and we will work to resolve.

     

    Can you combine orders?

    Of course! If we haven't shipped your first order, you can place another order and we will refund your extra shipping. Please send us an email and leave a comment at checkout (this helps remind us!).

     

    Returns/Exchanges

    Stickers are made to order, therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there was a problem with your order that was an error on our part, please contact asap and we will work to resolve it.

      

    Cancellations

    We can accept a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order or (if after 2 hours) if we haven't begun creating your items yet. Please reach out via email/contact form and we will let you know the status.
