What kind of sticker paper do you use? What kind of pens work best?
Our sticker sheets are glossy with permanent adhesive...although they can be moved within a short amount of time after placing down. Glossy stickers are shiny and are more like the kind of sticker you'd find in a store. They are crisp, bright, and work really well for photo-related stickers. Non-gel pens work best (like Sharpie Ultra-fine markers and ballpoints) but many quick-dry gel pens work well too (I love using the Papermate Inkjoy Gel pens!).
Can your kits work with my planner?
Our kits are made with the dimensions of the Erin Condren Life Planner in mind. The dimensions of the boxes and full checklists are 1.5" wide x 1.9" tall. Unfortunately, we don't have all the planners that are available out there in order to compare, but hopefully providing those dimensions will allow you to compare them to whatever planner you have. Our kits have also been used in Happy Planners and EC Vertical and other planners, with slight modifications...and since we offer all of our stickers individually as well (i.e. you don't have to buy the full kit) you can pick and choose what works best for you!
Our non-kit stickers will work in ANY planner!
Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take full custom requests...however, we would be glad to slightly modify a particular sheet that is already in the shop (like only wanting one character on a full sheet instead of a bunch of different characters). We can't reformat kits to different planner sizes. We are also always open to new suggestions for sticker ideas and will add it to our list! :)
Shipping prices are based on the items you have in your cart.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our items ship within 1-7 business days after purchase. That does not include shipping time, which will depend on your location and the type of shipping you select at checkout. PLEASE keep these times in mind when ordering to make sure you will receive your item in time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Processing times for merch items may be slightly increased during holidays and will be communicated to you if applicable. Please follow us on social media for any announcements.
Domestic orders shipped via USPS, in the contiguous US typically take anywhere from 5-14 business days.
International orders typically take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes charged by their country to receive the item. Sorry, but Pretty Sheepy Merch items (like shirts and totes) are unable to ship Internationally at this time (Us and Canada only).
Once an item is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. For tracking updates, please use your tracking number to check the status. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit. If an item is marked as Delivered, we are to assume that is has been delivered…if you have any issues with shipping or delivery, please contact your local post office to investigate. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will gladly ship it to you again after you pay a shipping re-charge via Paypal.
If an item seems to be lost in transit (2 weeks without a tracking number) please contact us and we will work to resolve.
Stickers are made to order, therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there was a problem with your order that was an error on our part, please contact asap and we will work to resolve it.
In regards to Pretty Sheepy Merch (like shirts, totes, etc.), while we do not offer exchanges, if your shirt does not fit, we do allow returns for shop credits. All items must be unworn, unwashed and resalable condition. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item before returning it to us.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs during the return process and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Please double-triple-quadruple check our size charts to make sure you are ordering the correct size.
If there was a non-sizing problem with your order, please contact us asap to resolve.
We can accept a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, but not after that due to our printing and fulfillment process.
Why did my items ship separately?
Here at Pretty Sheepy, we love offering a variety of products. Most items we personally ship, but our Pretty Sheepy Merch (like shirts, totes, ect.) ship from our warehouses. If you receive one item before the other, please be patient as the other item is probably on its way to you!
Why does my shirt have a slight vinegar smell?
While Direct to Garment printing assures high quality with extended durability, it produces a vinegar-like smell. It is absolutely harmless to you or the environment and should completely vanish after the first wash.
